Greetings,
We are Pastor Tony and Copastor Tymesia Butcher. We are the founding pastors of Building Faith Christian Center in Gaston, NC. Building Faith Christian Center was birthed in May, 2007. The ministry’s motto is, “Building tomorrow’s faith today”. We ground our Kingdom work in helping build individuals’ faith. As we go through today’s circumstances, we’ve already built faith for future circumstances. Our passion is to win the lost through the demonstration of the love of the Father; to help the structure of families function as God intended; and to provide counsel to those in need. We’re passionate about preaching and teaching God’s word in transparency. We understand that ministry extends beneath the threshold of the church, therefore we seek to impact those outside the church as well. Pastor Tony has recently authored The “Eye”nemy in Me. In his book, he shares how, through the Holy Spirit, he was able to break strongholds he struggled with for much of his life. He teaches doctrine that helps others break free as well. Copastor Tymesia is the author of Embracing Me. In this book, she also shares transparent moments in which she struggled to understand her Kingdom Identity in the Father. She teaches doctrine that assists in rejecting the lies of satan and embracing our Kingdom Identity. We are vessels of God and seek to assist in any way we can. We are excited to see the Kingdom of God expand through this partnership.
